The Materials and Manufacturing Group has access to a number of Laboratory facilities that at ANU include:

Advanced Systems Laboratory

This laboratory contains the following facilities:

• 30 tonne hydraulic press with computer data logging and control and heated dies

Instrumented 30 tonne press

• Faro arm surface laser scanning system with Polyworks surface reconstruction software
• Aramis non contact strain measurement system
